only the commissioner can use the commission to post, use as pfp or any non-profit personal use

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale)

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, unless you have bought a base.

i usually reply to a commission request within a week or so, multiple messages will not be necessary.

under no circumstances can you spam message me. if i do not answer a request itll be for reasons already stated.

My currency is euros. You are responsible for making currency conversions ( meaning you may have to pay more so that i get the correct amount ).

i only do transactions through paypal and kofi

you'll have to pay it all upfront, unless the total price is over 35, then you can choose to pay me half and pay the rest once the sketch is shown. i will only start your commission once its been paid for.

you cannot ask for a full refund once i have started it, if it isnt finished you can get a partial refund. i do not do refunds for finished pieces.
